HelloChat subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis (depending on your plan) unless you cancel before the next renewal date shown in your account and/or receipt.
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
HelloChat subscriptions are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record (“MoR”). As a result, refunds (if approved) are issued through Lemon Squeezy and may be subject to Lemon Squeezy’s terms and processes, as well as applicable law.
General rule: Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
When we may approve a refund: We may approve a full or partial refund in our discretion (and coordinate with Lemon Squeezy) in limited cases such as:
Non-qualifying examples: We typically do not approve refunds for (a) change of mind, (b) lack of usage, (c) expected product limitations described on our website, or (d) failure to cancel before a renewal date.
Mandatory rights: Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

We may request additional information to verify your request and prevent fraud. If a refund is approved, it will be processed via Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us (and/or Lemon Squeezy support via your receipt) before filing a chargeback so we can review and resolve the issue quickly. If a chargeback or dispute is filed, we may suspend access while the dispute is being processed.
Refund timelines depend on Lemon Squeezy, your payment method, and your bank/card issuer. Once approved and processed, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
